Ingredients: Organic hemp seed oil, organic fl ax seed oil, antioxidant oil blend (organic green tea seed oil, pomegranate seed oil, black cumin seed oil, black raspberry seed oil, blueberry seed oil and cranberry seed oil), organic pumpkin seed oil and organic coconut oil.

I have been using the Vega oil for the past four years and love using it in my hot cereals, spread on toast, over salads and just a couple of TBS by itself. Vega has a smooth texture, tastes good and doesn't have an odor, which is a huge plus for me. I have extra dry skin and Vega definitely helps my skin.
