LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this Curry Paste! Love it so much, I have ordered 3 more! I have alway loved Thai food, but most restaurants & other curry pastes were starting to really upset my stomach, I suspect they were laced with nasty perservatives, MSG, etc. But not this stuff! This stuff Rocks! It will make any veggie dish pop out of this world, especially when mixed with coconut milk.

I had the brilliant idea to mix a spoonful of the red curry with some boiling water, and use it to soak Soy Curls. Turned out great! I like the short list of ingredients, none of which are weird 19-syllable preservatives. Yay!

I'm not gifted (or patient) in the kitchen, but if I start w/ramen or rice noodles, I can throw in a few veggies, some coconut milk, and this curry paste and have a delicious healthy meal in five minutes.

I tried the yellow and it was nice, but super duper oily. This is the only curry paste I've ever had like this.
