    Ingredients (Original Mild): Defatted soy flour, purified water, autolyzed yeast, soybean oil, soy sauce (water, wheat, soybeans, salt), and/or spices (onion powder, garlic powder, allspice, ginger, corriander, and/or cayenne), potassium sorbate (a polyunsaturated fat used to preserve freshness).

    Ingredients (Peppy Pepperoni): Defatted soy flour, purified water, autolyzed yeast, soybean oil, soy sauce (water, wheat, soybeans, salt), and/or spices (onion powder, garlic powder, allspice, ginger, corriander, and/or cayenne), potassium sorbate (a polyunsaturated fat used to preserve freshness).

    Ingredients (Spicy Chicken): Defatted soy flour, purified water, soybean oil, autolyzed yeast, spices (onion powder, garlic powder, allspice, coriander, ginger, white pepper and/or red pepper), potassium sorbate (a polyunsaturated fat used to preserve freshness).

    Ingredients (Teriyaki): Defatted soy flour, purified water, soybean oil, fructose, autolyzed yeast, pineapple juice, onion powder, pineapple powder, soy sauce (water, wheat, soybeans, salt), garlic powder, ginger, coriander, potassium sorbate (a polyunsaturated fat used to preserve freshness).

    Ingredients (Wild & Spicy): Defatted soy flour, purified water, soybean oil, autolyzed yeast, wheat-free tamari sauce, spices (onion powder, garlic powder, allspice, coriander, ginger, white pepper and/or red pepper), liquid smoke (soybean oil, natural wood smoke flavor), potassium sorbate (a polyunsaturated fat used to preserve freshness).

    Ingredients (Hot Pastrami): Defatted soy flour, purified water, soybean oil, fructose, autolyzed yeast, fructose, spices (onion powder, garlic powder, allspice, coriander, ginger, white pepper and/or red pepper), potassium sorbate (a polyunsaturated fat used to preserve freshness).

    2. Closest you can get to the real thing

      This stuff is amazing. I haven't had a Slim Jim in eleven years. I used to LOVE them. This tastes a lot like a Slim Jim, except it doesn't have any of that disgusting mechanically separated chicken in it. Blech! I also love spicy foods- Stonewall's makes a nice, a-spicy jerky! on 2nd Nov 2012

    3. Kinda yucky.

      Tried the "Wild & Spicy" and the "Hot Pastrami" flavors. I can't actually even imagine a worse fake jerky experience. I only give it 2 stars, because I hate to be mean. These are shaped like little monkey ears, and they have mostly a chemical/salty taste, and a very un-jerkylike, compressed sponge texture. Also, when you chew it, it does that thing where it squishes out a barely palatable fatty substance, which UNFORTUNATELY, I can only compare to that godawful abomination known as the Slim-Jim. It's like a vegan Slim-Jim, mimics everything bad about a Slim-Jim except for being stick-shaped and full of animal goo and toxic waste. (But, hey! Some people like Slim-Jims, so if you were a fan of those in your former, meat-eating life, you should give these a try!) Also, to the inventors of Stonewall's Jequee, I'm sorry, I know this is your baby, but take it as constructive criticism. on 9th Aug 2012

    4. Mmmmmm Beefy

      Stonewall's jerquee is fan-freakin-tastic. I have always been a Primal fan but I decided to cut out the wheat gluten, so I gave Stonewall's a try and I loved them. The right texture and taste to satisfy my jerky cravings. on 21st May 2012
