Shipping & Returns

***NOTE: SHIPPING IS EXPENSIVE, WE KNOW. WE MAKE ZERO MONEY OFF OF SHIPPING/HANDLING, AND ONLY CHARGE YOU WHAT UPS/USPS CHARGES US, PLEASE DON'T COMPLAIN. BLESSINGS.***

UPS Ground Shipping

  • We really recommend you use UPS for ground shipping within the USA. It costs a bit more (on smaller/lighter orders), but you'll get a tracking number and peace of mind.

  • UPS picks up around 2:30pm Pacific time, so if we get your order after this time, it probably won't go out until the next day (unless your order is waiting for missing items).
  • UPS shipments won't go out on Saturday and Sunday, so please recognize the day it is you order, especially when you want it shipped by Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3 Day Select.

Shipping Hints!!! 

  • If you can have things shipped to your work, or another commercial address, rates are much cheaper. Just make sure we know we're shipping to a business in the comments.
  • Sometimes it's cheaper and faster to ship Priority mail if your order is small. Like, 2 magazines will fit into a Priority flat-rate envelope, so that's extra cheap that way. Make sure to compare before finalizing your order.

International Orders

  • We ship outside the USA via USPS Air Mail, and the price is determined by the weight and size of your package.
  • Shipping charges are not going to be on your confirmation email but will be given to you separately after your order has been packed and weighed. If you need to know the shipping before we send your order, please email us at orders@foodfightgrocery.com. Otherwise, we will send your order as normal once it has been packaged, and once an order is shipped we cannot make adjustments to it or remove items to reduce shipping.

  • Please be aware that orders sent outside the USA do not have tracking and insurance available, and are to be ordered AT YOUR OWN RISK

APO/FPO Orders

Same goes for you like other international orders. We'll promise to ship it out to you, but once it leaves us, we can't track it down for you and WE CAN'T GUARANTEE ITS DELIVERY. Sorry.

Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy on most of our products, starting on the date the product is shipped out to the customer. If there is a special circumstance whereby you cannot get your products returned within this 30 days please be sure to contact us before mailing them back. Returns can be sent for exchange, store credit or refund depending on what you'd like. We will reimburse you for any items that have been sent incorrectly but under normal return circumstances you are responsible for the expense of shipping products back to our location. Exchanges will be sent free of charge for the first replacement (inside the USA or Canada - customers outside the USA will be responsible for the cost of shipping on exchanges), but any subsequent returns or exchanges will be paid for at the customer's expense.

Food items can only be returned in unopened, "like new," resaleable condition. If we accidentally send you something that is out of date or defective, please contact us before bothering to send it back. We're sorry, but we can't help you out if you just don't like the taste of something.

Credits to credit card accounts will be issued anywhere from 12-15 days from the time your order is received.

** If products are returned in unsatisfactory condition and cannot be resold in "like new" or unused condition and/or in time far exceeding the 30 day return limit the product will be returned to you at our expense and credit will not be issued. **
