The only negative is that ffg doesn't carry all the flavors. I am allergic to milk, so can't do any of the fake cheesys with casien. I found the strong cheddar at a local supermarket on vacation in canada, and bought everyting on the shelf once i'd tried it. It tasts like cheese and it FEELS like cheese. You'll never go back

This is the firmest vegan cheese I have tried, and that's definitely a compliment. We've tried the blue, gouda, and medium cheddar so far, and they've all been good. I prefer the medium cheddar of the three, but my mate is all about the blue. It doesn't melt that well unless it's sliced extremely thinly, but like snacking on chunks cold out of the fridge.
