When I first discovered this stuff I ate stir-fry every evening for a most of a month! Very yummy stuff. I've also tried it as a marinade for tofu and tempeh. Equally awesome.

My daughter and I are absolutely addicted to this sauce. I marinate tofu and then bake. I put it on rice. I make a stir-fry with it. I make 'Drunken Garlic Fried Rice' that is basically sauce + rice + a few veggies and people call me up in the middle of the night BEGGING me to bring it to work. It's seriously that good.
