Loading... Please wait...Great locally made deodorant. Here's what Emiko said about it:
"i've been using it for a few weeks, and i like it."
Lots of folks are loving this stuff. We have unscented, cedarwood, and Ylang-Ylang. Made in Portland. It's $6.95, but you only use a pea-sized amount, so the jar lasts a long time, and the jar is recyclable or reusuable when you're done with it. Better than those plastic deoderant cases.
Ingredients (Cedarwood): sodium bicarbonate, shea butter, cocoa butter, arrowroot powder, organic hops extract, vitamin E, Cedrus deodara (Himalayan Cedarwood) essential oil.
Ingredients (Unscented): sodium bicarbonate, shea butter, cocoa butter, arrowroot powder, organic hops extract, vitamin E.
Ingredients (Ylang-Ylang + Calendula): sodium bicarbonate, shea butter, cocoa butter, arrowroot powder, organic hops extract, vitamin E, Cananga odorata (ylang-ylang) essential oil, Calendula officinalis (calendula) essential oil.
2.02 oz glass jar.

I had basically given up on natural deodorants which I always found to be a waste of money. This one works, thanks for carrying it.

I have the Ylang-Ylang + Calendula. I'm super sensitive to smelly/perfumey things, but this stuff smells SO good and doesn't bother me, probably because its not chemically.
It works, I've tried numerous natural deodorants and this is one of three that actually work (and its the best smelling of those three).

This is the 1st and only "natural" deodorant I've tried that actually works and doesn't make me smell worse! (Unlike that one from Maine...) As to the other reviewer who complained about it being a big lump: It's solid at room temperature, and definitely more solid if you keep your place cold. I scrape it up with my forefinger, roll it into a little pea sized ball, and put it under my arm. Let it sit a few minutes to get warm and soft, then spread lovingly with your finger.

...that's so hard to shake when you go have to mingle with normies. Good in keeping up the scamouflage without crossing into hippy territory.

I can't tell if this works because it's a ROCK HARD LUMP and I can't get enough of it out of the tin to get onto my pits to see if it will keep me from getting stinky.
