This is the winner for best vegan parmesan cheese. Nut based fermented cheeses are the future.

Have only used it a few times since purchasing, pretty good. I have yet to find a vegan cheese I really like, so was excited to try it. Would definitely purchase again.

Okay I love parma always will but this stuff is the closest to parmesan cheese, thanks to the witchcraft of fermented soybeans.

I've tried them all, mostly in vain, over the years. But this one is great. We use it on pasta and it's a winner. I just wish they offered a larger size.

I've been veg for over 20 years, but vegan only one. I managed to convert the rest of the veg family over as well and the one thing we all seemed to miss was parmesan. We've tried so many brands, and while they've been passable (and really, who doesn't enjoy a good sprinkle o' nooch), they didn't have the "tangy-ness" we missed. Parmela, you have rocked our world. No joke. Buy this stuff...NOW.
