I like that it's soy free, and it's surprisingly low fat for something cashew-based. The texture is a bit thin for what I want. The flavor is solid, but I didn't go crazy for it. You may love it. What do I know?

This is hands down, the best vegan queso out there! A little pricey, but it's an indulgence... I like to add some pickled jalapeƱos with a little brine to give it a little more kick.
