These are a guilty pleasure of mine. You can throw them in a stir fry but I usually just eat them straight from the can. If you like fake meats you will probably like these. If you don't like jiggly things you probably wont like them... they are a bit jiggly and a bit oily which may also make your body jiggly. Mmmm... jiggly.
