Yeah, totally. Who would expect violence associated with high school sports?

Always entertaining.

Reset your vegan clock, yet again.
Goddammit. Looks like Manner Wafers have dairy in them now. Of course they haven't updated the packaging, so it still seems vegan on the outside. Spread the word. Sad.

Just want to say how happy we are to have Scapegoat Tattoo as our new neighbor. Brian rules and will shortly be giving me (Chad) my first tattoo. I regret it already, and it's not even on me yet. But hey, a guy flushing himself down a toilet is funny right? Goodbye cruel world....

I bet you folks can find an email address for this company (info@spyoptic.com). And I'm betting you can write an email telling them that this is some jerk-ass eyeware that and that you won't be buying any crap this company is churning out. I bet you can.

Need a roomie?
Hey you in Portland. Our friend Liam just moved to town. He rules and needs a room to rent. Probably for just a month or two. Under $400. Small with bathroom access is all that's really needed. Has a 10"... no nevermind. Vegetarian, doesn't smoke. Will make you laugh, but only if his pants are down. Call him [(619) 884-0564] or us. We vouch for him.

Just got a newsletter from this animal sanctuary. Looks like they rule pretty hard. Lots of big rescues of dogs and chickens and other farm animals. They're making a difference, so we should donate to them. It's just money, come on.

We miss our friend, Peter. He was in town this weekend, and we just said bye to him. Seeing him again was so natural and right. A piece of the puzzle back in it's place, you know? We wish there were animal law jobs for him in Portland. Any single, vegan girls in DC, look him up.

So it turns out Lisa undercooked some brownies and is bringing them to the store to give away. If you want some, you better get over here before Chad and I eat them all.

We're back.
Hi. Sorry it's been a while. We were out of town the past week in NYC to attend our friend, Erica's wedding (www.mooshoes.com) and to visit old friends and old haunts. It was a helluva lotta fun and we ate too much. Thanks to all of our friends who came out to see us and who put us up. We miss you guys.

From the Author of "The Voluptuous Vegan". No comment necessary. I guess we should try and come out with some clever "flex" message stickers and buttons now. I guess that wouldn't work with our Bush pin. You know why? Because flexitarian = omnivore. So please shut the fuck up with the feel-good labeling and go chow down on some free-range meats at
Whole Foods.
"Many of the recipes presented here are vegetarian, although there are a good number of fish and chicken dishes. Many of these dishes can be made several ways. The flounder with an orange glaze is also delicious when made with tofu. The chicken with mushroom ragout is equally tasty when made with tempeh. "
