We've been kicking around since 2003, trying our best to serve the vegan community and the non-human residents of our goofy little planet. We may not always be the most professional customer-service-folk, but we mean well, so... give us a break, we're neither Amazon nor Whole Foods.

What are we?
Basically, a vegan grocery store. Well, more like a vegan convenience store, minus the booze and the cigarettes, plus a nice little produce and bulk section. We DO have condoms, too. We specialize in lots of junk food. Chips, drinks, candies & stuff like that. We’re also trying our best to keep a well-stocked fake-meat selection & to make things interesting with a good variety of whatever imports we can smuggle in. What else? Hmmm. Wouldn’t you like to know? Well, tough. Come by and find out for yourself. Please? Really, we could use the business.
Hours / Location
We are open every f'ing day from 10AM to 8PM. If it's a super special holiday, you might want to call and check that we're open, cuz sometimes we really want a day off and might close up.
We are located in sunny Portland, OR and the corner of SE 12th Ave and Stark Street in the "vegan mini-mall" featuring our lovely neighbors Sweetpea Baking Company, Herbivore Clothing, and Scapegoat Tattoo.

What We Sell
Just so you know, EVERYTHING in our store is vegan. Including no bone-char refined sugar, no honey, none of that crap. We don't have ingredients listed for everything online yet, but we will. Any specific questions about anything we carry, please don't hesitate to ask.
Minimum Online Order
For online orders, we need you to spend $10 at least. C'mon, you know that's not hard.
Payment
In our Portland store, we take all major credit cards except for American Express. Yes, we take checks. Yes, we gladly accept EBT. For our online store, we accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover. We also accept PayPal and Google Checkout. Now go spend!
Safe Shopping
We use Authorize.net as our secure online credit processing gateway. Nice and secure.
