Brunch at Sweetpea

Its time for us to finally start this! This Sunday, from 9am until noon or so, we will be having an all you can eat brunch buffet. $10 gets you coffee and juice and as much french toast, pancakes, potatoes, scramble, biscuits and gravy, etc etc as you can eat.

I hope 'etc etc' means danish

Sound so good but I don't even roll outta bed until noon on sundays-can't ya keep it going till about 2pm?!

how about a couple of tiny cafe tables outside? pleeeeease

Oh Zeus bless it this was awesome. I'm going to collapse in a food coma at some point, but it was well worth getting here at seven past nine (including bike lock-up time); the food was all but gone by 10:45 or so. Nice biscuits. And nice maple syrup (!).

We got there at 10:35 and the sign was up that brunch food was already gone :( but everybody else's looked good! But, I think this qualifies as a good turnout, so hopefully it will continue every Sunday! I still got a bacun and chive bagel and almond mocha, so my belly didn't mind too much.

oh do i miss portland. i cant wait to come back for a visit. vegan brunch is in a sad state out here. -brendan

So, it's another out dash the other guy for vegan food? I'm glad the trial went well, I just hope that we can get served if we come all the way out there between the posted brunch hours. If you make so much that there are leftovers, I bet if you package it you would sell it throughout the day.

Aw! I wish I'd known last week! Will it happen again??

thatoneguy: Word on the street is that this will be a weekly Sunday thing through the spring and summer.
