I really enjoyed my 'Proper' salad and mushroom barley soup last Friday.
 

I know Piper, he is at most animal rights events and is vegan himself. All food here is vegan
 

Yummy. All fresh. They actually chopped up the garlic for my order rather than pulling it from a jar. Also, they had lots of information on animal rights and veganism there. AND it is right next door to an independent cheap first run beer selling cinema.
 

I just went and picked up a menu, since I've been waiting months for this place to open (nice and close to home!)... sounds yummy, can't wait to try it. :)
